Temporary PMMA abutment and provisional crown milled simultaneously so 3D printed guide with metal sleeve, custom healing abutment, temporary PMMA abutment and provisional crown milled simultaneously.

Atraumatic Extraction
Preserves the buccal root to maintain interdental papillae and buccal bone support for optimal esthetic outcomes.

Guided Placement & Grafting
The surgical guide delivers precision osteotomy positioning regardless of socket geometry. Gaps filled with allograft — no membrane in most cases.

Immediate Load or Guided Healing
Upon placement, if a torque value ≥40 Ncm is obtained, the prefabricated abutment and provisional are seated chairside. Custom healing abutment maintains the site otherwise.

Full-arch surgical guide with precision metal sleeve. Prevents socket deflection and achieves the virtually planned implant position regardless of extraction socket anatomy.

Temporary Custom Abutment

Replicated from the exact emergence profile of the tooth being extracted. Sharing the identical emergence profile to preserve papillae and support natural soft tissue contours during healing.

Component 03

Final Abutment

CAD/CAM milled custom abutment sharing the identical emergence profile as the temporary custom abutment for seamless tissue transition at final delivery.

Component 04

Provisional Crown

Milled PMMA provisional designed to be screw retained. Patient leaves with a complete aesthetic restoration.
